    It wouldnt go bad in two days would it? I started thawing it and its been wrapped in plastic air tight. Im new to cooking fish so I havent got a clue.

      Fish should not have a strong odor. The flesh should be resilient to touch. If you start getting that ammoniaish smell and/or when you press your finger about a quarter inch in the meat does not regain it’s shape, then DON’T EAT IT! Otherwise enjoy.
