Does anyone know of a really good healthy cookbook for cooking FISH?
I am adding more fish to our families diet. I have not spent a lot of time cooking fish, so I need a really good cookbook that has helpful recipes for cooking fish. Does anyone have a favorite recipe book they want to share?

. Two of my favorite cookbooks are published by the Junior League of Lafayette, Louisiana. The recipes are not difficult, and they are ALWAYS delicious. Titles are :
Talk About Good; and
Talk About Good II.
the first one has some 50 pages of seafood recipes.
I own, and have cooked from both, and can heartily recommend them. The original volume has over 50 pages of seafood recipes.
