Cooking FISH???
I have NEVER cooked fish before and I am wondering..what fish should I start with first? (no bones!)
Also how long & how would I cook it?

I would buy boneless Tilapia fillets. I make them all the time and they are the easiest to make and most delicious.
Pat them dry with a paper-towel. Sear some flour (lightly though, not thick). Heat oil in skillet on medium heat. Place Tilapia to fry. It’s usually 3-5 minutes on each side (you can tell when the sides of the fish are getting crispy. Flip over to other side and repeat. Half way through finish time, add two tablespoons of butter and basting oil. Mix well and pour over fish untill ready. Serve over rice or pasta.
